A place for construction professionals in England and Wales to compare notes on the practical side of the Building Safety Act. What people are actually using, what is working, and what the guidance does not tell you.
Free, open to anyone doing this work, and not a sales channel. We take part like everyone else.
Moderated. Be useful, be decent, and do not post anything commercially sensitive or personally identifying about residents.
The platform
TBM is sold to organisations rather than individuals, so access is arranged rather than self-served. Tell us roughly what you are dealing with and we will come back to you.
